| A healthy diet is a diet consisting of minerals, nutrients and fluid that a body needs to function. Without those minerals or nutrients our body will grow weaker and our immune system will suffer. If you ate unhealthy food, the body would gain fat and have more health risk. There are many different kinds of diet such as The Blood Type Diet, The Vegan Diet, The South Beach Diet, The Mediterranean Diet, Raw Food Diet. In my research I found out that you needed at least 2000 calories in order to sustain yourself for a day. I recommend a balanced diet is the best for everyone: 35% grains, 35% vegetable, 25 meat and derry and 5% sugar and oil. In my research I found out that you needed at least 2000 calories in order to sustain yourself for a day. And according to my table 2 i am 200 calories under the average amount. |
